Truth or Fiction: The Rite Aid +Up Program Is Ending Soon

Rite Aid UP REwards Ending

There have been rumors circulating for a while now that Rite Aid +UP Rewards are about to end.

Unfortunately, this may not be just a rumor. Rite Aid officials are remaining tight-lipped right now though. They will neither confirm nor deny whether this rumor is true. However, they did post the following message on their Facebook page:

To our valued customers:

Rest assured that Rite Aid will continue to provide great opportunities for you to save on the everyday products that you purchase. You can check back often on our Facebook page as we share those opportunities throughout the year and continually explore how to add value to our promotional offerings for our customers.

This doesn't really put this rumor to rest. In fact, many frugal shoppers are even more disheartened by the lack of Rite Aid +UP deals in the upcoming 3/29/15 ad scan. Furthermore, there's no mention about any type of +UP replacement program. So, while this is still only speculation, it does look as if the Rite Aid +UP Rewards is about to end. However, even Rite Aid isn't dumb enough to risk losing the majority of their loyal customers, which means that they probably have something better on the way. After all, they're bound to understand that without such a program their loyal customers will flock to CVS or Walgreens instead. This could end badly if not approached correctly by Rite Aid.

The real answer lies here!!!
